•  Reservation requests can be made by internet or by telephone.
• Those made by internet will be answered within 24 hours.
•  If vacancy is available, a pre-reservation will be established.
•  At this time, you will be asked to advance 50% of the     total cost of the reserved stay (100% for one night     reservations).
•  Advance deposit payment options include : personal checks,     electronic bank transfers and online credit card payments.
•  Your pre-reservation will become a definitive     reservation upon reception of the 50% deposit. If your     deposit is not received within a reasonable time, the pre-    reservation will be cancelled.
•  You will be asked to pay the remaining 50% at the end of your     stay at the Orri. Final payments can be made in cash (euros) or     by credit card (minimum payment 50 euros). We also accept     personal checks and " chèques vacances " from French     guests.

If you cancel at least 30 days in advance for in season stays or 7 days in advance for off season stays, we will reimburse the full deposit minus a 20 euros processing fee.

If you cancel after the 30 or 7 day deadline, you will lose the full deposit.
