Calculation of final rental price:
We calculate the total cost of ½ board for all members of the group and compare this figure with the minimum rental rate.
If the result is lower, you pay the minimum rate; if it's higher, you pay the real price. |

| Rental conditions: |

| • To hold a reservation request, 50% of the minimum rate must be paid in advance; the balance will be billed at the end of the stay. |
| • Although they occupy the entire structure, all groups must respect our normal operating rules, including the following 3 points: |

• Check-in after 4 pm. Check-out before 12 noon. Dinner served at 8 pm.; breakfast between 8 and 10 am.
• Normally, there is no lunch service. (On request, we prepare picnics to take away or plate lunches to eat on site).
• Groups are not allowed to bring their own drinks; we sell a wide range of local and organic drinks (beers, wines, champagne, liquors, soft drinks, fruit juices, etc) on site. |
