Cancellations made at least 30 days before the beginning of in-season stays or 15 days before off-season stays are eligible for a refund of the full reservation deposit minus a 25 euro processing fee.

Guests who cancel after the 30 or 15 day deadline will lose their full reservation deposit. (Article 1590 of the civil code states that whenever a reservation is cancelled, the hotel owner has the right to retain the deposit. The article does not make exceptions for circumstances beyond our control such as: professional activity, serious illness, death...).
