RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS



Reservations

> Reservation requests can be made by internet or by telephone.
> Those made by internet will be answered within 24 hours.
> If vacancy is available, a pre-reservation will be established.
> At this time, you will be asked to advance 50% of the total cost of the reserved stay (20 euro minimum).
> Advance deposit payment options include: personal checks, electronic bank transfers and online credit card payments. In all cases, the payment must include a reference to the same name used in the reservation!
> Your pre-reservation will become a definitive reservation upon reception of the deposit. If your deposit is not received within a reasonable time, the pre-reservation will be cancelled.
> You will be asked to pay the remaining 50% at the end of your stay at the Orri. Final payments can be made in cash (euros) or by credit card (minimum payment 50 euros). We also accept personal checks and chèques vacances from French guests.


Modifications

> Modification requests must include the name used at the time the original reservation was made.
> Reductions in the length of a reservation or in the number of persons made at least 30 days before the beginning of in-season stays or 15 days before off-season stays will applied without penalty.
> Guests who reduce the length of stay or the number of persons after the 30 or 15 day deadline will be billed for 50% of the non-consumed portion of the original reservation.


Cancellations

> Cancellation requests must include the name used at the time the original reservation was made.
> Cancellations made at least 30 days before the beginning of in-season stays or 15 days before off-season stays are eligible for a refund of the full reservation deposit minus a 25 euro processing fee.
> Guests who cancel after the 30 or 15 day deadline will lose their full reservation deposit. (Article 1590 of the civil code states that whenever a reservation is cancelled, the hotel owner has the right to retain the deposit. The article does not make exceptions for circumstances beyond our control such as: professional activity, serious illness, death...).
